On the day coordinator - £350 - Don’t panic! The day of your event is covered by me! We know it can be so stressful knowing you will be sorting everything out as well as trying to enjoy it. That’s where I step in. We will have a consultation a month before your event so I can get to know you and find out all the plans you have put together. I will then contact all suppliers and introduce myself and check that all is well for your event. I will then manage your day so you can sit back and enjoy every minute.
Three Day Cover - £500 - Extra support. Have you secured your venue the day before and the day after? As well as everything included in the 'On the day coordination' package, I will come to your venue the day before to help decorate and talk through any pre wedding worries you might have.
I will come back the day after to assist with clear up, making sure everything is back as it should be.
Research and planning only - Bespoke package - Based on specific needs - Finding the right suppliers can be so hard! Right location, right price, with everything you need … After an initial consultation (either in person, via teams or over the phone), I will do all the research necessary to find everything you have asked for. We’ll meet again to discuss and make decisions (I will continue to research any additional ideas). I will then start booking, always being in contact with you when required.
I continue to be available and book all that is needed for the event right up to the day that all those little, and big, decisions have been made and arranged.
The Full Package - £1500 - The big one! I am there to look after you every step of the way. I will work with you from start to finish helping research, plan and book all suppliers as well as creating those finishing touches in the lead up to the event. I will continue to liaise with suppliers to finalise plans and make sure everyone knows exactly what they're doing. I will coordinate and help with set up the day before, as required, full coordination on the day and pack down at the agreed time.
Live Singing - Bespoke - Are you looking for someone to entertain your guests while you sip cocktails or maybe you're looking for a special touch as you walk down the aisle. I offer live performances of classic ballads and Jazzy numbers ready to enchant your guests. If there is a particular song you want or a different version you would like me to learn just let me know and I'll make sure I add it to my repertoire for your special day.
